Abstract

The article discusses research on identifying the possibilities and accuracy of chromosome digital images applying the theory of photogrammetric numerical methods and covariation functions. The digital images have been created using an illuminant microscope and processed applying Matlab 7 computer program. The digital images of chromosomes are expressed as a shape of a stationary random function. The auto- and inter-covariance functions are investigated according to the different intervals of pixel quantification which allows to estimate the discrepancies in/between two images or in/between two fragments of a single image. It is shown that a possibility of carrying out the correlation analysis of the digital images of chromosomes within the accuracy of several pixels exists.

Fotogrametrijos skaitiniai metodai atliekant  chromosomų vaizdų analizę

Santrauka. Straipsnyje nagrinėjami chromosomų skaitmeninių vaizdų identifikavimo galimybių ir analizės, taikant fotogrametrijos skaitinius metodus ir kovariacinių funkcijų teoriją, tikslumo aspektai. Skaitmeniniai vaizdai, gauti šviesiniu mikroskopu, apdorojami pagal sudarytas kompiuterines programas Matlab 7 programinio paketo operatorių aplinkoje. Chromosomų skaitmeniniai vaizdai formuojami stacionariosios atsitiktinės funkcijos pavidalu. Šių funkcijų auto- ir tarpusavio kovariacinės funkcijos nagrinėjamos esant įvairiems vaizdo pikselių kvantavimo intervalams. Pagal tai galima įvertinti dviejų skaitmeninių vaizdų arba vieno vaizdo dviejų dalių (fragmentų) atitinkamų parametrų reikšmių tarpusavio nuokrypius. Chromosomų skaitmeninių vaizdų koreliacinę analizę įmanoma atlikti keleto pikselių tikslumu.

Reikšminiai žodžiai: kovariacinė funkcija, identifikavimas, kvantavimas, pikseliai, skaitmeniniai vaizdai.
