Pjezoelektrinių virpesių Pokelso narvelio kalio dideuterio fosfato ir beta bario borato kristaluose tyrimas / Investigation of piezoelectric ringing in the Pockels cells based on the DKDP and BBO crystal

Abstract

The piezoelectric ringing in Dideutero Potassium Phosphate (DKDP) and Beta Barium Borate () Pockels cells has been investigated. The measurement model for the investigation was developed. The dependence of piezoelectric ringing amplitude on high voltage pulse duration in DKDP Pockels cells was analyzed. The active suppression of piezoelectric ringing in Pockels cells based on DKDP crystals has been investigated. The periods of piezoelectric ringing for different Pockels cells were measured. The investigations were performed using “Eksma Optics” Pockels cell models PC9SR, PC12SR and PCB3D/25.

Darbe tiriami Pokelso narvelių su kalio dideuterio fosfato (DKDP) ir beta bario borato (BBO) kristalais pjezoelektriniai virpesiai. Pjezoelektriniams virpesiams tirti sukurtas matavimų stendas. Ištirta DKDP kristalų virpesių amplitudės priklausomybė nuo aukštosios įtampos impulso, žadinančio Pokelso narvelį, trukmės. Ištirtas aktyvus pjezoelektrinių virpesių slopinimas Pokelso narveliuose su DKDP kristalais. Išmatuoti Pokelso narvelių su DKDP kristalais pjezoelektrinių virpesių periodai. Tyrimai atlikti su „Eksma Optics“ Pokelso narvelių PC9SR, PC12SR, PCB3D/25 modeliais.
